Top of one suburb's page, above the ranked list. Your logo, a pitch of up to 40 words, a call button with a tracked number and a quote form that sends requests to you. Labelled "Featured partner".
Your own listing page shows your licence document, proof of insurance, a gallery of jobs with suburb and date, your job prices, your answers to homeowners' questions and your Reply Test history, which we run and you cannot edit.
Your name sits beside the price range on a cost guide, with a quote button. You supply written quotes with a suburb and a date. Your quotes go in with everyone else's, capped at a fifth of the prices behind any figure, and they do not set the figure.
Prices on request, set by suburb. The first 10 businesses on ConcreterScore get 50% off for the first 3 months.
Month to month, with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. Confirmed in writing before you pay.
What stays independent
A score, a rank or a review. Paid spots are labelled, sit outside the ranked list, and their links are marked as paid. We end a spot if your licence lapses or your Google rating falls below 4.0.
Three worries come up when concreters talk about lead sites. Here is where we stand on each.
"Everyone promises leads." Nothing here is a lead promise. You rent a labelled spot on a page. We send you a monthly report with calls, quote clicks and page views, and how your name shows up when someone asks Google or ChatGPT for a concreter in your area.
"Shared leads, up against 10 others." In a Suburb Partner spot, quote requests sent through that spot go to you only. There is one Suburb Partner per suburb.
"I couldn't cancel." Every spot is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice, in writing. No fixed term and no exit fee. Your Google profile and your reviews are yours and stay where they are.
